Where are Curio Cab products made?

Our polymer clay earrings and creative products are designed and made by hand in Central Florida. Because each piece is handcrafted, small variations are part of what makes every item unique.

What materials do you use for earrings?

We use lightweight polymer clay and nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free hardware. Individual product pages include any additional product-specific details.

How should I care for my earrings?

Store earrings in a jewelry box or pouch when they are not being worn. A silver polishing cloth can be used on metal hardware to restore its shine. Handle handmade clay pieces with care and avoid unnecessary bending or pressure.

How quickly will my order ship?

In-stock items are normally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Transit time depends on the shipping service selected at checkout. See our shipping policy for current rates, estimates, tracking information, and other details.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we will email it after your order ships. You can also use Shopify chat or contact us with your order number for assistance.

What is your return policy?

Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, tagged, and in their original packaging. Opened earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and custom products, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable. Review the full return and refund policy before sending anything back.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. Use our contact form and choose Custom order. Include the estimated quantity, preferred deadline, and as much detail as possible so we can evaluate the request.

Do you work with retailers, wholesalers, or event organizers?

Yes. Select Wholesale or retail partnership or Market or event opportunity on our contact form. We will review the details and respond using the contact information you provide.

What is Curio Cab Creative?

Curio Cab Creative is a monthly polymer clay project-box experience. Members receive tools, clay, cutters, and step-by-step video instruction to create earrings at home. It is an art kit, not a box of finished earrings.

What is included in each Creative Box tier?

The Starter tier includes three exclusive cutter designs, Artisan includes six, and Master includes nine, along with the materials and tutorials listed for each tier. Current monthly projects and full tier details appear on the Creative Box page and each subscription product page.

Can I manage or cancel a subscription?

Yes. Subscription customers can skip, reschedule, edit, or cancel eligible deliveries through their subscription account. Purchases renew at the frequency and price shown at checkout until canceled. Review the purchase-options cancellation policy for complete terms.
